Business Development Manager

We are looking for talented and hungry business development people to be part of our international expansion. Here's what you'll be doing day-to-day: Attending meetings booked by the Client Partner in your team. Creating pitches, contracts and proposals. Pitching to 3-4 prospective clients per week, providing them with a service and experience that’s second-to-none. Ownership of the client’s journey, from first meeting to close and contract sign. Developing a strong relationship with the Director of Engagement. Managing a Client Partner. Traveling across EMEA to client meetings when required.

What you’re great at

  • Experience in a B2B sales position, leading a structured and quick sales cycle.
  • Experience of offering tailored solutions to businesses, managing a complex sales process.
  • Experience of providing prospective clients with a consultative, rather than transactional, approach.
  • Experience within a fast-growth, reputable brand.
  • Experience of handling a personal sales quota.
  • Exposure to recruitment is ideal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Confidence to present to senior stakeholders.
  • Passion and drive to succeed.

Interview process

  1. Phone Call: You will be asked a series of questions in relation to your background and experience, and will be given an insight into our business, and this role.
  2. First Interview: You will meet with two team members for a competency-based interview. You'll be asked to bring your relevant experience to life and demonstrate why you're the perfect match for this role!
  3. Second Interview: Your opportunity to seal the deal! You will meet with a CEO and our Commercial Director, to present a prepared task and will have the opportunity to have any outstanding questions answered.
