We’re looking for a senior recruiter with proven experience in hiring across technology (software development/engineering, devops, data) to help the best companies in the world reach their goals Here's what you'll be doing day-to-day: Working in one of Europe’s fastest growing companies. Interview process

  1. Phone Call: You will be asked a series of questions in relation to your background and experience, and will be given an insight into our business, and this role.
  2. First Interview: You will be invited to our Soho office to meet two people at a similar level to you. This is a competency-based meeting, involving a sourcing task and the chance for your questions to be answered.
  3. Second Interview: The final will be led by one of our Directors and another peer. By the end of this process you will come away with informative insights into life at Talentful!
