We’re looking for a senior recruiter with experience in hiring across technology (software development/engineering, devops, data) to help the best companies in the world reach their goals. Here's what you'll be doing day-to-day: Working in one of Europe’s fastest growing companies. Partnering onsite with some of the most innovative companies in Europe. Disrupting a huge but archaic and much maligned industry that affects everyone. Working with a group of the best recruiters around. You will be a key person in the launch of our Berlin location.

Interview process

  1. Phone Call: You will be asked a series of questions in relation to your background and experience, and will be given an insight into our business, and this role.
  2. First Interview: This will be a video call during which you'll meet two people at a similar level to you. This is a competency-based meeting, involving a sourcing task and the chance for your questions to be answered.
  3. Second Interview: The final will be held in London and led by one of our Directors and another peer. By the end of this process you will come away with informative insights into life at Talentful!
